1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne or chili flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional for warmth)
Optional:
1 tsp smoked paprika for depth
1 tsp oregano or thyme
Instructions
Mix and marinate:
In a bowl, combine all meat ingredients. Mix well (knead like dough) until sticky and fully incorporated. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).Shape and bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the meat into a thick log or press into a loaf pan. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F and edges are browned.
